Red Shield Youth Center of Texarkana: Most of our teens are at Divisional Music Auditions today but 2 were able to come volunteer at the Just Love & Kindness golf tournament. This organization supports the youth in this community in so many ways, a lot of which can’t be made public for the privacy of those they help.
Just a few of the things Just Love and Kindness has done at The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club of Texarkana is purchase first aid kits, industrial picnic tables, jackets and backpacks for the kids, a shade awning for the courtyard. They sponsored the Christmas break at the club where the kids were able to cook their own homemade breakfast each day, as well as various events during the week with a spa day to end the week out. They stepped up and helped purchase clothing and necessities for a couple of members to be able to attend Camp Hoblitzelle and all of this is just at our club, they do so much more in the community. They truly have a servants heart and deserve so much support from the community. Thank you Laura Klein
